Walking Tours

Getting on a surfboard, isn't for you?  Then our walking tours are!  During our tours, we discuss the San Mateo County coastside and its unique ecology.  We can create a walk and discussion based on your group's interest, just let us know what you would like to hear.  The tours are best experienced with a group.

Our walking tours are an opportunity to learn about this environment, the history of this particular stretch of the California coast and the unique ecology. We also discuss the health of the ocean and what can be done to improve it.  These walks are guided by a long-time local.

Walks can be geared to any age, mobility and knowledge level.
